The unit makes amazing vapour and fills the home with my chosen fragrance. 10/10.

I LOVE IT! 😍 The package was well packed, covered with bubble wrap, but still the box came a bit crushed. The product itself arrived in good condition. Comes with a cable and instructions in English. It works well, you can see the "flames" effect, we need to see if the effect is more noticeable at night or if it's just dim. I put a few drops of diffuser essence in it and within minutes the room was already fragrant. The shipping was super fast, it arrived a few days before the expected date. Overall, happy with the purchase.

The product arrived well, but the box arrived disgusting, completely broken, poorly wrapped, and the worst part is that I am going to give it away and I feel sorry to give it away like this with the box in poor condition.
